It's very simple to confirm this: just use dd if=ubuntu 21.10-arm64.iso of=/dev/sdx to write the ubuntu iso to the USB and see whether your RPI4 can boot into the Ubuntu. Run, sudo sh VentoyWeb. So to summarize, I want to install ubuntu to a usb stick, but I want to have a windows installer on there too so I can install windows on a pc when I need to.
